We need this Goal -
In the most recent General Conference Address I found this and loved it! Our family needs to adopt this and live by it!
One of Elder Holland's maxims for living—
"No misfortune is so bad that whining about it won't make it worse."
For some reason our kids think that by whining they will somehow get what it is they want and it will make everything all better. To me that is faulty reasoning, because when I hear whining they get nothing. But for some reason we keep having whining. I need to take that quote and frame it and put it in each of their bedrooms or something!

Maybe I can embroider it to the back of my shirt, because they don't seem to whine right to my face as much as wander around behind me employing the broken record method.
Excellent idea! I totall loved the part where he said that there must have been a point in Nephi's life where he said to Laman & Lemuel "Keep hitting me, I can still hear you!"

Great quote. Maybe I should make that into a cookie cutter for our house.
That would be a great thing to put on a piece of wood with vinyl lettering like Heidi said.
Too bad my kids cant read. Ill have to remember this one!!
I loved your last post. You totally made me laugh seeing the picture of you working out in your pj's and heeled shoes. That is the very reason I dont like going to the gym, some of my workout attire is hideous.
