A Wintry Christmas!

If we get snow on no other day of the year, we want it to be snowy on Christmas. And today it was!! It was so festive and beautiful.

Just a nice day at home with the family. The kids got a Wii and a Trampoline for their 2 big gifts. It was too snowy, really, to go out and jump on the tramp but they did play the Wii ALL day!

Laren and I got out for a little bit in the neighborhood and skied on our Cross Country ski's. It was so nice to get out and also get some exercise, especially after all the junk I've eaten lately!

I hope everyone else had a nice Christmas as well!

What a beautiful wintery sight. But TOO cold for my blood. Did you guys assemble that tramp in the cold??

Sounds like a great Christmas!

I agree, a white Christmas is always just a little bit better. We had one too, and we're supposed to have several more storms this week. I suppose they're probably heading your way, too. I love it until New Year's, and then I want it gone. Unfortunately, it usually hangs around making everything gloomy for a few more months. But yay for snow on Christmas!

Jenny, Laren actually assembled the trampoline the day before and the temp was about 30 degrees then, and it wasn't snowing at that time! We are waiting to put the netting around it until we get it staked to the ground.

OH - I have to tell you - we did a tramp one year for christmas - out in the middle of the night in the dark assembling it and pulling the "skin" tight to the springs! The kids were so excited, they saw it the next morning and ran out to jump on it - there was a little bit of frost and they all crashed into each other and came in with icy toes! LOL! But they LOVED IT! Sounds like a fun day for you - and kudo's for keeping them off the tramp in the snow! LOL!

We had snow on Christmas Day as well. It was beautiful! I hear your area will be getting more snow soon. Take care!

Are you enjoying the Wii? We love ours.
